Our building, connected via a tunnel to Lock Haven Hospital, is spacious and immaculate and pulsates with a small-town vibe and warmth.

In our tranquil and lovely setting, patients and residents benefit from varying levels of personal assistance, exemplary clinical care and a specially trained staff all under one roof. Our center boasts a rich history and is distinguished by our overarching focus on our patients’ and resident’s physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Our independent living wing features 8 apartments where seniors can enjoy an active lifestyle with personal care assistance tailored to their needs. Life here is worry-free as residents are relieved of the hassle of meal preparation, housekeeping and home maintenance.

Our dedicated subacute unit is geared towards individuals recovering from surgery or illness with rehabilitation services and therapies delivered daily. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals delivers the highest level of care with the overarching goal of getting you home as quickly and safely as possible.

Our long term care program caters to individuals with progressive illnesses and complex medical needs who require 24/7 skilled nursing care on a long term basis. We have a special “Family Room” available for family members to stay close by when their loved one’s health is declining.

Our community features an array of amenities including a soaring atrium with a waterfall and fish pond, delicious food, spacious suites, engaging activities and an onsite chapel. We make sure all our patients and residents feel at home!
