Welcome to our COVID-19 Updates page, where you’ll find the latest information on our safety protocols, health measures, and visitor guidelines to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Due to a recent COVID outbreak, our center is following the Outbreak Plan, which the CDC and DOH direct. We require that ALL visitors entering the facility undergo a COVID screening at the station located inside the front entrance of our building and don a surgical mask, which we will provide at the reception desk. Masks must be worn at all times while visiting our facility and in a resident’s room. Educational material will also be available upon request. We will periodically update our COVID hotline—call 570-893-5841 for updates.
